Jeff Little is co-president of GLM®, a dmg world media business.
Jeff joined GLM in 1971, following his graduation from Hamilton College, with a B.A. in History. Since that time, he has served as show director of the New York International Gift Fair, San Francisco International Gift Fair, the Gift Fair in Atlanta and the California Gift Show and show manager of many GLM-managed events, including the Atlantic City China & Glass Show, Eastern Gourmet Show, New York China & Glass Show, Entirely Tabletop and New York International Gift Fair. He also has served as Advertising Director and Production Director for GLM.
Jeff is a recipient of several tradeshow industry awards of distinction. In 1999, he received the International Association of Exposition Management (IAEM) "King's Glove Award," recognizing outstanding achievements and contributions made by an individual toward the professional spirit and betterment of the exposition area in New York City. In 2000, he was awarded the IAEM "Man of the Year Award," recognizing his overall contributions to the tradeshow industry. In 2002, he received the first annual Anchors of Hospitality "Exhibition Producer" Award from the NYC and Company's Convention, Exhibition, Meeting and Event (CEME) Committee, in recognition of GLM's accomplishments and professional achievements in the convention, exhibition and events industry. In 2003, he was named to Tradeshow Week's, "Top 100 Most Influential People in the Tradeshow Business." And in 2006, he was inducted into the Biz Bash Hall of Fame.
Jeff presently sits on the Board of Trustees of Hamilton College. He is a former trustee of The Taft School and the Town School and he is a past member of the Board of Directors of Lasalle Hotel Partners, a publicly traded real estate investment trust in the hotel industry. In addition, he is a member of the New York chapter of the IAEM.
Jeff is the grandson of George F. Little, founder of the third-generation business. He currently resides in New York City, with his wife, Claudia. He has two sons, Brad and Matthew.
