Our Teams and Team Work

Each of our events is produced, marketed and managed by a team of dedicated show professionals. Every show team is led by a show manager who supervises each phase of the show’s development, with the help of sales, marketing, public relations and administrative professionals.

Support Functions

  • The Marketing and Production teams work with outside agencies and printers to develop and execute integrated sales and direct marketing campaigns including advertising, direct mail and on-line strategies. 
  • The Customer Relations/Buyer Services department supports our communications with and outreach to tradeshow attendees and exhibitors.
  • The Operations department is the day-to-day link between staff and show contractors, exhibit facilities and exhibitors. This department oversees the logistical aspects of show installation and dismantling.
  • The Management Information Systems (MIS) department facilitates internal and external databases for our staff and customers; develops websites; selects computer hardware, software, operations, telephone and electronic communications.
  • The Office Services department processes and delivers all incoming and outgoing packages and mail in a timely and efficient manner; maintains and supervises basic office supplies and general office storage needs.
  • The Finance and Accounting department maintains all show budgets; controls accounts payable and receivable; manages payroll.
  • The Human Resources department handles all aspects of people management, from recruiting and orientation to benefits, compensation, training and employee relations.

What happens to my cover letter and resume once they have been submitted?

If you submit your cover letter and resume by email, you will receive an automatic notification that we have received your documents.  A member from our Human Resource department will contact you for consideration, should a position become available that matches your skills and experience.

I have submitted my resume via e-mail or fax.  How can I follow up?

We receive a number of applications and unfortunately, we are unable to respond to everyone that applies. If we wish to pursue your candidacy, we will be in contact with you.

What positions are most commonly available?

Sales/relationship building positions that fall within a show team are most frequently available. Periodically, positions throughout our support departments open up as well. We encourage job seekers to regularly check our website to see what opportunities exist!

What type of background and/or degree do employees have?

Considering we have a number of show teams and support departments, many of our employees possess varied backgrounds.  Someone with an Information Systems background and/or education could support our MIS department just as someone with an Advertising background could support our Marketing & Production teams.  Employees on the show team side typically have a background in sales and marketing.  Regardless of title, superior customer service, interpersonal skills, time management and communication skills are crucial to succeeding at our company.
