Title: Human Resource Assistant
Location: White Plains, NY
 
Summary:   Assists in coordinating and carrying out various human resource generalist tasks for the Company; assists CFO/CAO on an as needed basis.  This hands-on position will provide an opportunity to be directly involved in a full range of human resources functions and build a solid foundation in human resources management.  Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
 
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR files (updating HRIS, spreadsheets, etc)
  • Assisting with administering benefit programs
  • Tracking and ensuring compliance with all local and federal labor regulations 
  • Assisting with recruiting efforts as well as coordinating the use of temporary employees.
  • Assisting with the preparation for new hires and on-boarding
  • Assisting with the separation process
  • Participating in employee relations
  • Participating in the coordination of employee training, programs and events, as needed
  • Assisting with compensation planning and benchmarking 
  • Assisting HR Director and CFO/CAO with administrative tasks, travel arrangements, research, and special projects, as needed
 
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field; previous human resources experience through work experience, an internship and classroom experience required.

Title:  SalesForce Developer
Location:  White Plains, NY
 
Summary: Build, maintain and participate in the architectural design of the Customer Relationship Management System.  Designs, develops, and constructs CRM application systems and consults with clients to refine application needs.  
 
  • Hands-on development of complex business solutions leveraging Apex code and Visualforce pages
  • Creating and managing complex workflow rules, data validations, and object customizations
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining the functional areas of data management, forecasting, accounts, leads, opportunities, dashboards and reports, and any other functional areas as required
  • Provide problem root cause analysis to resolve complex system problems as part of support
  • Create and maintain system interface diagrams, functional designs, and technical specifications 
 
Experience:   
  • At least 5 years experience developing on SalesForce/Force.com platform (Enterprise edition or higher), preferably in a large multi-dimensional organization
  • Experience with CRM reporting and analytics
  • Prior experience with transaction-based systems and processes
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale Salesforce.com projects
  • Experience integrating with and adapting to SOA platforms
  • Proven knowledge of the software and SDLC; experience with enterprise-level integrations involving business-critical systems
  • Proficient in programming languages relevant to your job including general knowledge of language syntax and coding techniques (Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, .NET)
  • Sound understanding of architectural components used within the applications supported including the ability to architect and design smaller scale solutions
  • Excellent understanding of relational database concepts, data warehousing; knowledge of MS Analysis Services a plus
  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

  • Demonstrated expertise with cross-functional delivery of IT services using distributed teams is a plus
  • Excellent writing skills, with ability to express strategy, technical knowledge, processes in easily understood presentations
  • Positive, results driven, rational, logical, team player
  • Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
  • Must have a well-developed habit of commenting your code and writing documentation
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
